Experience the craft of whiskey from grain to bottle.
The Brentford Private Barrel Program gives you the opportunity to create a whiskey that is uniquely yours. Select your barrel size and mash bill, choose your grain, follow its progress as it matures, and decide when it has reached the character and flavor you want.
Your barrel will be custom engraved with your logo, and your finished bottles will feature custom labels bearing your mark.

2. Choose Your Mash Bill
Select the character of your whiskey:
Straight Corn Mash
A classic corn-forward whiskey.
Wheated Mash
A softer, smoother profile.
Rye Mash
A bolder whiskey with a distinctive rye character.
Your Grain. Your Story.
For an even more personal experience, you may provide your own corn to be used as the base for your whiskey.
You’ll provide 500 – 750lbs. of corn, which Brentford will grind and incorporate into the mash. We provide the additional grains required for your selected mash bill.

3. Taste the Journey
Your whiskey doesn’t simply disappear into a warehouse until bottling.
You’ll have the opportunity to sample your barrel throughout the aging process and decide when it has reached the character you want.
We recommend the first tasting at approximately:
5-Gallon Barrel: 2–3 weeks
10-Gallon Barrel: 4–5 weeks
30-Gallon Barrel: 10-12 weeks
From there, you choose how frequently you’d like to sample your barrel.
Because smaller barrels have greater surface-area contact with the whiskey, they mature more quickly. Regular tastings allow you to follow that evolution and determine when your whiskey is ready.
4. Choose Your Finish
When the time comes to bottle, the final decision is yours:

A Barrel Made for You
Your custom engraved barrel will feature your logo on the barrel head, creating a keepsake long after the whiskey is gone.
Your finished bottles will carry custom labels featuring your logo, making your barrel truly your own.
Custom engraved barrels typically require 2–3 weeks for delivery after your logo is received.
Program Details
50% deposit is required to begin the process.
Your whiskey may remain in the barrel at Brentford for as long as you wish. A small storage fee will apply after 30 months.
